Renovated in July 2008, this apartment is about 100 sq. meters and it's made up of an entrance, a living- room with a double sofa-bed, a full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with single beds, if you want all double beds or all single beds it is sufficient to specify it in the booking request), 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them en-suite). In the bigger bedroom it's also present a single sofa-bed.
At client's disposal: lift, air conditioning, sat-tv, washing-machine, dvd player, iron, ironing board, hoover, hair-drier.
The kitchen is full equipped with gas hot plate, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, toaster, pots, cutlery, dishes, glasses etc. Animals not allowed.

LOCATION
The location is ideal in the heart of historical centre, in Via Rondinelli 6. The apartments are located in an ancient building in first floor with lift, in the hearth of the center of Florence. We are between The Cathedral (200 mts), S. Maria Novella train station (300 mts) and Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant street of Florence, famous for its luxury brand shops (50 mts). The Cathedral, Battistero, The Giotto bell-tower, S. Maria Novella Church, Signoria Palace, The Old Bridge, Uffizi and Pitti Palace are only a few of the acctractions you can achieve simply walking from the apartments in the historic center at maximum for ten minutes.
