Renovated in July 2008, is about 60 sq. meters and is made up by a large living-room area with a double-sofa bed, a full equipped kitchen corner, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine of about 15 sq. meters.

The location is ideal in the heart of historical centre, in Via Rondinelli 6. The apartments are located in an ancient building in first floor with lift, in the hearth of the center of Florence. We are between The Cathedral (200 mts), S. Maria Novella train station (300 mts) and Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant street of Florence, famous for its luxury brand shops (50 mts). The Cathedral, Battistero, The Giotto bell-tower, S. Maria Novella Church, Signoria Palace, The Old Bridge, Uffizi and Pitti Palace are only a few of the acctractions you can achieve simply walking from the apartments in the historic center at maximum for ten minutes.
