We are proud of our ideal location, in Via Ricasoli 15, between the marvellous DUOMO and the MUSEO DELL’ACCADEMIA that hosts the famous DAVID created by Michelangelo. Other highlights such as the Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, the Bargello are only 5-minute walking distance from our accommodation.They are all located on the 4th floor in the same building and have been restored and refurnished recently.You’ll find a simple but comfortable, quiet and bright environment. All our holiday apartments have air-conditioning for the hot Summer months and a heater for the cooler months of the year.

Our accommodation is located in Via Ricasoli, only a few meters away from the museum (“Accademia”) that hosts the world-famous David, Michelangelo’s masterpiece. 30 square meters (100 square feet) of living area located on the 4th floor of a typical building, without elevator. There is no bedroom but a living room with a double sofa-bed.

The apartments are located in an ancient building in Rondinelli Street, first floor with lift, in the hearth of the center of Florence. We are between The Cathedral (200 mts), S. Maria Novella train station (300 mts) and Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant street of Florence, famous for its luxury brand shops (50 mts). The Cathedral, Battistero, The Giotto bell-tower, S. Maria Novella Church, Signoria Palace, The Old Bridge, Uffizi and Pitti Palace are only a few of the acctractions you can achieve simply walking from the apartments in the historic center at maximum for ten minutes.

Rent apartment "Affresco": 4+3 beds Renovated in July 2008, this apartment is about 100 sq. meters and it's made up of an entrance, a living- room with a double sofa-bed, a full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them en-suite). In the bigger bedroom it's also present a single sofa-bed.

Rent apartment "Roberta": 2+2 beds Rocca dei Monaci has twenty apartments with medieval features. All apartments are privately owned and there is a common swimming pool. The surrounding area consists of attractive rolling hills. Rocca dei Monaci is on a small hill amidst the famous vineyards of the Chianti Senense. The area is famous for its beautiful red earth. Apartment Rocca is very comfortable. It has a garden with a laurel hedge which provides privacy. The garden has a large gazebo and garden furniture.
