Apartments Residenza Ricasoli: Duomo - Dante - David

* Apartament "Duomo":	490 euros for week / 90 euros for day (short periods)
* Apartament "David" :	450 euros for week / 80 euros for day (short periods)
* Apartment "Dante" :	780 euros for week / 160 euros for day (short periods)

* Apartment "Duomo":	390 euro per week / 80 euros per day (short periods)
* Apartment "David" :	360 euro per week / 70 euros per day (short periods)
* Apartment "Dante" :	575 euro per week / 140 euros per day (short periods)

All 3 apartments (Dante - Duomo - David) are neighbors and on the same floor, and rent them both ideal for groups of 8 to 10 people.

Our rental rates include water, power and gas. Cleaning is not included. We charge € 40,00 for the final cleaning for the apartments Duomo and David and € 65,00 for Dante apartment. "Minimum stay 2 nights"
We require a deposit of € 100 minimum.
This deposit will be returned in full at the time of your departure.

Apartments Residenza Rondinelli "A" & "B"

Apartment "A" 4+3 = 7 sleeps:

Prices are referred to 4 persons, for every further person they must be increased of € 75 for a week and € 15 for a night

It is also possible to rent the flat for longer periods, prices will be made by request.

At the moment of the booking is required the payment of € 180,00 as deposit of confirmation; when the keys are consigned, must be paid cash all the remainig amount and a security deposit of € 250,00 that will be given back at the end of the stay deduced how much needed for eventual damages.

Arrivals are expected in the afternoon after 14,00 (only for arrivals after h. 20,00 you have to pay € 20,00 for the check in service); leavings are expected in the morning within 12,00; for customer’s exigencies, times can be flexible, in relation with the involvements of the organization and of the staff.

ATTENTION PLEASE: 30 minutes before your arrive or leaving (or to communicate a delay), please call the check service appointee; the number will be given to you at the moment of the booking.


For groups at most of 11 persons it’s possible to rent both the apartments (that are neighbours on the same staircase) with price facilities.
